		<description><![CDATA[I've recently noticed that my Gmail is losing its capital letters.  A couple of days ago I noticed that my 'Inbox' has become 'inbox'.  It looks a bit unusual since all my other folders start with capital letters, such as 'Starred', 'Sent Mail', and 'Spam'.  ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I've recreated my metric birthday web-page.  I first heard of the concept of a metric birthday from Craig Mercer, a former flat-mate of mine in New Zealand. The concept is that we should move to the metric system for birthday calculation, with the new unit of measurement being the kiloDay:
